    A native of Fairfax County, Virginia, Dr. Jeffrey I Klioze (Dr. Jeff) has been serving generations of families in Burke since 1992, carrying on the legacy of his father’s trusted neighborhood practice. After graduating from Robinson High School, he earned his B.S. in Biology from James Madison University and completed his DDS at the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry (now VCU School of Dentistry). Dr. Jeff is deeply committed to providing patient-focused care with a conservative, compassionate approach—always sitting down with each patient to listen, discuss, and guide them through personalized treatment decisions. An active member of the American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, Northern Virginia Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry, Dr. Jeff is also involved in Spear Education and the local Prestige Dental study group. He continually brings the latest technology into the practice—from CEREC same-day crowns to digital x-rays and cone beam 3D imaging. Over the last several years, Dr. Jeff has taken a special interest in sleep dentistry. Recognized for his personable manner, technical skill, and welcoming approach, Dr. Jeff is passionate about treating every patient with the care and respect he gives his own family. Outside the office, he enjoys skiing, wakefoiling, e-foiling, and pickleball. Married for nearly three decades, he and his wife Jackie have two grown children, Taylor and Ryan.

    Dr. JinYoung Kim (Dr. Jin) was born and raised in Seoul, Korea, before moving to the United States to pursue her studies. She graduated from George Mason University with a Biomedical Science degree and completed her DMD at the Western University of Health Sciences College of Dental Medicine in California. Beginning her career at the front desk and working her way up to lead surgical assistant, Dr. Jin gained a comprehensive, patient-centered perspective before becoming a dentist. Her approach is rooted in treating each patient with the care and compassion she would give family—always listening first and building genuine connections. Dr. Jin is a member of the Virginia Dental Association and the Northern Virginia Dental Society, and is fluent in English and Korean. She enjoys traveling and discovering great local restaurants and coffee shops, and values collaborative, ethical relationships within the dental team and with patients alike.
